Our background
Dave Poe, owner of Dave Poe Construction, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in the construction field, the last 20 years as owner of Dave Poe Construction. He is a past president of the Home Builder's Association of Southern Indiana and the 1991 Builder of the Year Award winner. This year marks Dave's 10th home show entry, and he has built homes in some of the latest and best developments in Southern Indiana, as well as light commercial project for clients such as the Louisville Zoo, the Jefferson County Public Properties, the Housing Authority of New Albany, and the New Albany/Floyd County Public Library. Dave brings both the construction knowledge and the business experience needed to complete any building project with minimum worries for the owner.
Dave is also the co-owner of Pointe North Properties which is currently leasing properties in the Corydon and Jeffersonville area.

At Dave Poe Construction, we believe in listening to you and building your home the way you want it. We strive to be on time and on budget.
